wmaSnip is an editor for Windows Media Audio files. The editing is non-
destructive, in that the audio content is not affected, but it allows you to 
annotate the file with markers defining sub-sections of audio content, known in 
wmaSnip as segments. Segment definitions can be used as cue-points, allowing 
easy access to and playback of defined sections of audio. The audio content of 
segments can be saved in various formats.

wmaSnip requires Windows Media Player version 9 or later to be installed on the 
user’s computer.
